Meet Destiny! | Carmel, CA Senior Photographer

Hey friends!!

I can’t wait to tell you more about Destiny! THIS GIRL IS A POWERHOUSE! She was on my Senior Model Team a while back and I LOVED having her. Always dependable, on time, up for anything, and ALWAYS GORGEOUS!! She graduated from Ceres High School in Ceres, California a while ago and has since gone on to be active at her college in the ASB and just being AWESOME.

When we planned her session, she said she had a relative with a small cottage in Carmel-By-the-Sea and she wanted to take some photos there. When she said “cottage” I didn’t realize how amazing it would be! It was actually one of Hugh Comstock’s Fairy-tale houses called the “Hansel and Gretel” house. It was adorable and tiny and such a fun setting for Destiny’s Senior Photos. The garden around the grounds was a perfect backdrop.

Destiny chose SUCH a cute look in her white and green skirt for the first photos and then changed and did a few with her letterman jacket and took some photos with her track and cross country awards!

After the photos at the cottage, we moved to downtown Carmel, which has so many quaint and picturesque that I could hardly even handle it! The parks and streets there created a perfect setting for her senior pictures!

We ended at the carmel city beach and HOW MUCH DO YOU LOVE DESTINY’S GOLDEN DRESS???? I was obsessed.

Destiny also loves her some starbucks grilled cheese! It’s one of her fave places to study, so we did a little mini session at the Starbucks in Ceres.

Meet Madison! | Turlock Senior Photographer

You guys! This gorgeous High School Senior is sunshine personified! She is not only so beautiful, but she’s talented and so sweet! I loved having her as one of my former models and her session at Knights Ferry, CA was so fun. Her parents both came with us and we had a blast. She is a graduate of Orestimba High School in Newman, CA and has gone on to college now and is pursuing her dreams.

I wanted to put Madison’s session up on the blog because I think it highlights such a wide range of looks we can get, even in one location. From the pretty river shots to the covered bridge to the nature scenes, we had so many cool location options that gave Madison a HUGE variety of photos to choose from.

Meet Dwight T. | Stan State SENIOR PORTRAITS

Hey Friends!

SO…. Obviously, if you’re here, you know I’m a High School Senior Photographer here in Turlock, but did you know that I also provide COLLEGE Graduation Portraits as well? Here in town we are lucky enough to have California State University-Stanislaus and the client featured today was a 2018 graduate from there.

Dwight was a really amazing client to work with. Just such a genuine and kind person, and he was so excited to graduate and begin his career. He was also a first generation college graduate and I loved celebrating that with him. He had a special stole that said “First Generation” and I know his family was incredibly proud of him.

For his senior session, he wanted to meet at the Stanislaus State campus and get photos there, and I think it was the perfect setting to capture his excitement.

Meet Justin! | Turlock Senior Pictures

Did you guys know that I do BOYS Senior Portraits also?? I DO! It’s true! But, I totally understand if you were wondering….. because my instagram feed (and my website in general, lol!) is severely lacking in Senior pictures of the DUDES! So….. yes, I’m super far behind….. Justin was a Pitman High School Senior in Turlock in ….. wait for it…… 2018 :) He is currently finishing up a 2 year service mission for his church and doing AWESOME. I love it when my senior clients ROCK at life, and this kid does that for sure.

The first shots are in Downtown Turlock and the other shots are out at a gorgeous California State Park south of town.

Meet Leivy! | Turlock Senior Photos

So, Leivy was one of the FIRST clients I had in California! She answered a model call in the Spring of her junior year and I loved being her photographer so much that I invited her to be a senior model during her senior year at Atwater High. She chose to do her senior solo session as a destination shoot in San Francisco! And I couldn’t have been happier about it. All her photos in downtown San Francisco, as well as at Baker Beach turned out SO beautifully.

Meet Christine! | Modesto Senior Photographer

Ummm…… I’m a little behind on blogging….. Like two years behind………..

BUT, I couldn’t NOT blog about my session with Christine! Christine is a graduate of Gregori High School in Modesto and is now studying at CSU East Bay. She is also GORGEOUS and a really sweet person.

We had such a fun day running around San Francisco in Union Square and going to Baker Beach for some sunset photos. Her sister got to come with us and we even took a few shots with her.

I love destination shoots and LOVE being a destination photographer. San Fran is one of my all time favorite places because you can get SO many diverse looks in a relatively small geographic place.

Christine KILLED it and her photos looked amazing. So glad I can share a few of them with you.

Meet Jared! | Modesto Senior Photographer

Whew! It’s been a hot minute since I blogged, so I’m playing catch up…… again! But Jared was a 2018 Senior and I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to showcase his photos on my blog! His style was awesome and went really well with the Downtown Turlock location that he chose, as well as the natural location.

His mom chose a framed collage as well as an amazing 8x8 album as their art pieces and they turned out gorgeous.

Central Valley Senior Models!

These girls are so fun! They answered the call for Senior Models in the Central Valley of California from Atwater, Manteca, Turlock, Hughson, and Modesto- and were so great to work with for the 2017-2018 school year. It’s been so fun watching them all go chase their dreams and pursue their individual interests.

Meet Taylor! | Turlock Senior Photography

This session was a year ago!!  AACK!    I can't even believe it.  You guys, I'm playing major catch up, but hopefully seeing the images can give you an idea of the variety of images I get.  I had a HARD time narrowing the number of images down for Taylor because she is SO gorgeous.  

We started off in Downtown Turlock, which is a location I ADORE!  So many fun spots to grab photos! 

Then we headed down to the river for some natural shots.  This shoot was during the spring of 2017 when AAAAALLLLL the flooding was going on, so we got some amazing shots on the steps with Taylor's feet in the water.  I was waist deep in the water, but it was WORTH IT!  

Meet Dani! | Ripon Senior Photographer

 I've been missing from this little corner of the internet for a bit!  But I wanted to share Dani with you and the fun images we got.  Dani is actually a Hughson High School graduate, but we decided to go up to Ripon for her session & check out Ripon Army Corps Park.  That park, you guys!  So many cool spots!  We got some urban looking shots with the graffiti and a few shots up on the bridge, we got some by the river and on the trails as well.  Seriously, such a great location.  

We did hair and makeup in Salida with a great makeup artist, Aneesa.  She gave Dani a really natural look with just enough glam for the camera.  

Once we got to the park we started under the bridge and got some super cool shots with the graffiti and the pillars. 

The rest of the session we tromped around the park and battled a few mosquitos, but ended up with an amazing final result.
