2019 Graduation Announcements

Congratulations on your upcoming graduation! This is such an exciting time for you. You have your fantastic images, so let's show them off to the world and celebrate your graduation with these beautiful foil stamped graduation cards!

Please browse the designs and options below, and when you have made your decisions fill out the form at the bottom of the page.

Keep in mind that the process to design and receive the announcements will take about 2 weeks. Announcements are typically sent out at the beginning of May so you'll need to design your invitation by mid April. The sooner the better!

Be sure to start collecting addresses and print your labels so as soon as the cards arrive you are set to send them out. Don't forget the stamps!

HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:

1. If you need to see your images again in order to make a decision, please email me at wendy@wendyvincentphotography.com so I can send you a link to an online gallery. If you have your images on a flash-drive, prints or app, you can choose from there and send a picture of the picture you have chosen.

2. Browse the options below and fill out the form at the bottom of this page.

3. Once you submit your choices to us, you will receive a proof by email within 1 week. From there we can alter the invitation to your liking.

4. Once you approve the final design, you'll receive an invoice. Once the invoice is paid in full your announcements will be ordered and arrive to you within two weeks.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

Each set is $55 and includes 25 square corner 5x7 announcements and 25 white envelopes. Extras and customizations are listed below.

FRONT DESIGNS

First, pick which design you want in foil on the front of your card. You’ll be able to choose which color foil you want in the form below.

If you’d like a “boutique cut” option, this is also the place to find those designs. Please note: #4 and #7 are simply square corner cut and not a boutique shape. #5 is a repeat. All boutique cuts are available for both horizontal and vertical designs.

BACK FONT PAIRINGS

Choose a font pair to use on the back of your announcements.

Here’s some examples of the wording and design you could use on the back of your announcements. Gather inspiration from here or pinterest. The back is totally custom designed!

What is the file number of the PHOTO you'd like to use on the front of your cards?

This is a 4 digit number found after the file name in your gallery or on your flash drive. You can also email me a screenshot or phone photo of the image you'd like to use.

What is the number of the FRONT DESIGN you'd like on the front of your card?

If your photo is portrait oriented (longer top to bottom), please choose a portrait oriented design. If your photo is landscape oriented (longer side to side), choose a landscape oriented design.

What Color FOIL would you like?

Would you like a BOUTIQUE SHAPE to your card? Which numnber?

Please note- not all boutique shapes complement every photo. This is why I will send you your design before it's printed.

What BACK FONT PAIRING would you like?

What COLOR or colors would you like for the BACK of the card?

Please be as descriptive as possible, especially if you want an unusual color.
